Hendrickson’s History

Founded in the early 1930s, Hendrickson’s Cafeteria was a casual dining restaurant where our salad dressings were originally developed in St. Louis, Missouri. The cafeteria closed in 1969; however, the salad dressing company has continued operations to this day. What once started as a local restaurant salad dressing has now grown into a nationally distributed brand and can be found in stores throughout the United States. Let’s get cooking!
