Lasco tea is naturally caffeinated, and caffeine content varies per cup (as for all tea mixes). However, Back Porch tea mix contains an average of less than 25mg per 8 oz. of prepared tea. By comparison, (1) 8oz. cup of regular coffee usually contains 128mg or greater of caffeine per prepared serving.
