Broccoli florettes: 3 lbs.
Butter: 2 oz.
Red Pepper – ground: 4 oz.
Garlic – minced: 1 tbs.
Lasco Alfredo Sauce: 1 package – prepared
Linguine – cooked, drained & warm: 4 lbs.
Almond slivers – toasted: As needed for garnish
Parmesan cheese – grated: s needed for garnish
In a preheated sauté pan, sauté broccoli in butter for 5 to 6 minutes. Add red pepper and garlic. Sauté an additional 4 to 5 minutes. Combine vegetables and prepared Alfredo sauce and mix thoroughly. Ladle 6 oz. of sauce over 4 oz. of linguine. Garnish as desired with almonds and cheese.
